BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS - (Not Active) - Please do not call me and ask for your booth number unluss you are a sponsor. The locations will be updated here every Friday starting in February.
NOTE* Sponsors booth choices are due at the time of registration. Feel free to call with choice or to check availability. Regular booths do not get choice of placement. Numbers will be assigned once the vendor registration is at capacity. Please use you registered vendor name for all packages shipped. No booth number needed.
Come celebrate the 59h Annual Conference of the Texas Police Chiefs Association April 11 & 12, 2017. The convention will be held at the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Expo Center in The Woodlands, Texas.
This past year’s exhibitors’ schedule worked well and we intend to follow a similar schedule in 2017. You will have all day Tuesday, April 11, 2017, to set up your display, which should be completed by 5:00 p.m. The President’s Reception will be in the exhibit area that Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Exhibits will open again at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017 with special times set aside for Chiefs to visit. Additionally, Chiefs will be able to bring their purchasing agents and officers to the exhibits. Breakdown of your booth can begin at no earlier than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017.
For those of you who are not corporate members of TPCA, we urge you to join as members will receive special signage, recognition at the conference, access to member information on our website and your link on our website. A membership application is available online for your consideration.
Please REGISTER ONLINE with the appropriate fee to ensure a spot in the exhibit hall. Full payment for booths must be received by March 31, 2017, to secure confirmed exhibit space. The most up-to-date conference information, including the schedule of events, will be posted to our website at www.texaspolicechiefs.org as it becomes available.
Do you golf? Or would you like to be part of history in the making? The TPCA Foundation will be hosting their annual Golf Tournament to benefit families of officer killed in the line of Duty. TPCAF Annual Golf Tournament will be held at The Golf Trails at Panther Path on Monday, April 10, 2017. Add golf to your registration by checking the appropriate box when you register.
