SUPERVISORS OR COMMANDERS OVER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS FUNCTIONS,
THIS COURSE FOCUSES ON CID ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES, STAFFING OPTIONS, CID GOALS AS WELL AS CASE HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT METHODS.

Chief Marlin Price (ret.) served with the Dallas Police Department for 28 years where he held various commands including Captain in Crimes Against Persons, Deputy Chief over the Criminal Investigations Division Assistant Chief of the Special Investigations Bureau retiring as an Assistant Chief.
He was the Chief of Police in Southlake, TX for 5 years. He is currently the Administrative Services
Commander for the Plano Police Dept.
