Dear TPCA Member,
As the TPCA president for 2020-2021, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our upcoming 62nd Annual Texas Police Chiefs Association Conference in Fort Worth, Texas - March 29, 2021 - April 1, 2021. The Conference and Expo will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center located in Fort Worth, Texas. The conference will be very informative, covering topics for both small and large agencies as well. The conference’s theme is INVEST2021, which is an intentional effort to reclaim the narrative about our honorable profession. We will have multiple breakout training sessions on a variety of subjects with TCOLE credit available, as well as chaplaincy and spouse tracks. In addition, we will have a separate training course for those interested in the TPCAF Best Practices Recognition Program, so please bring your Recognition Program Manager. Our number of vendors grows every year, offering you the chance to see and hear about the latest innovations in law enforcement equipment. You will have plenty of time to visit with them during the conference. I encourage you to bring the person to the conference who is responsible for purchasing in your department. Passes to the vendors’ exhibits also are available on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 for Law Enforcement Officers with proper identification (exhibit hall pass does not include lunch).
Opening ceremonies for the conference will begin Tuesday morning at 9:00 am, March 30, 2021.
