The Instructor
Chief Doug Kowalski retired from the Dallas Police Department as a Deputy Chief after serving 23 years. He was the Chief in McKinney, TX for 11 yrs. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Justice Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wagner College in New York. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the ILEA Com-mand and Management College. He is now Chief in Prosper, TX
