The Instructor
Chief Doug Kowalski retired as Deputy Chief from the Dallas Police Department after 23 years of service. He was the Chief of the McKinney Police Department, TX for 11 yrs.
Chief Kowalski holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Justice Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wagner College in New York. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the ILEA Command and Management College. He is now the Chief of the Prosper Police Department in Texas.
