The Instructors
Chief Larry Hesser (ret.) served 39 years in LE with 29 as a Chief of Police in Georgia, Colorado, North Carolina and Texas. He is well known as a leadership trainer nationwide.

Chief Mike Alexander (ret.) served 25 years with Austin Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant overseeing APD’s Leadership Command College. He has served as a Chief of Police and a Major with the State Officer of Inspector General.
