Dear Accreditation Lunch Attendee:

The Accreditation Luncheon will be Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at noon - 1:15 pm, during the TPCA 2023 Annual Conference at the Fort Worth Convention Center.

If you have registered for the full conference, the Accreditation Luncheon is included in your registration fee so you will not need to purchase a ticket to attend the awards luncheon.    

Agencies that are being accredited or reaccredited at the Accreditation Luncheon are provided two free tickets for the awards luncheon.  Agency heads are encouraged to use these two free tickets to invite members of their leadership team (mayor, city manager, council members, commissioners, etc.) so that they can be a part of the celebration. 

If you have not registered for the full conference or you are not an invited guest of an accredited agency that is using one of the two free tickets – then you will need to purchase a ticket to attend the Accreditation Luncheon.  The cost for additional luncheon seats for the Accreditation Luncheon is $75.00 per seat.  Click the “register” button above to purchase a ticket if needed. 

Dress for the luncheon is business casual; however, those being accredited or reaccredited at the luncheon will have their photos taken in a more formal setting and are encouraged to wear their Class A uniform or similar non-sworn attire. 

We ask that those attending the luncheon remain seated for the duration of the awards ceremony and help us celebrate the accomplishments of the agencies that have worked so hard to meet best practice standards.  Your thoughtful attention is appreciated a great deal.
