AN 12 HOUR CLASS FOR CHIEFS OF POLICE AS WELL AS THOSE ASSIGNED AS SUPERVISORS OR COMMANDERS OVER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS FUNCTIONS, THIS COURSE FOCUSES ON CID ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES, STAFFING OPTIONS, CID GOALS AS WELL AS CASE HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT METHODS.
