The Instructor
Chief Marlin Price (ret.) served with the Dallas Police Department for 28 years where he held various commands, retiring as an Assistant Chief. He was the Chief of Police in Southlake, TX for 5 years and was the founding Director of the TPCA Best Practices Recognition Program. He was a CALEA assessor and team leader from 2001-2007. He is currently the Administrative Services Commander for the Plano Police Dept.
