Instructor
Chief Chris Bratton (ret.) served as the Chief in Elgin. Texas after retiring as a Division Commander from the Round Rock, Texas Police Department after over 28 years service to that City. Chief Bratton Holds a Master of Science Degree from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Excelsior University.
He is a graduate of the PERF Senior Management Institute for Police among other Executive Development Programs.
